VPC in NLME

Hello Certara

I would like to know the way to generate the VPC plot in NLME

I have tried doing it and i got the attached plot, but i would like to see the 90%CI (as a band) for the mean plots,

can anyone suggest

Harish, did you request secondary predicted quantiles, unfortunately nateive Phoenix charts can’t shade these regions but you cna see that you can format them up with some different colours to ID them.

Is that the sort of thing you were looking for ?

I have also posted on the forums example how you can connect to R and how to do better plots.

As Simon shows above unless you ask for the CI of the quantile they will not be computed or plotted.
