-2LL

Can -LL value be zero? does it make sense?

AIC 20

BIC infinity!

Exactly zero would be improbable, probably be easier if you posted the porject so we can also see what the core output etc said.

Look at the dec 21 excel sheet…for the CD20 as covariate

phoenix wouldnt attach…attaching the excel sheet

I think you meant to add this attachment to this your other thread, https://support.certara.com/forums/topic/1142-covariate-issue/

my quick glance at your data did not receive anything obvious so please send the project into support, if you can’t attach it there.

we need to see how you sets are mapped together for instnace the / in AAO/014 might cause problems.

email for that?

just sent on support@certara.com

Uma, your models seem execute fine to me; e.g. 2 com multiplicative;

Scenario RetCode LogLik -2LL AIC BIC nParm nObs nSub EpsShrinkage Condition
1 -2397.3476 4794.6952 4814.6952 4847.7283 10 201 20 0.10026

However I think you would benefit from reviewing some basices of the Phoenix framework so you import data correctly reading units, using he compare tool more effectively, using covariate stepwise search etc. would lead to a clearer and more compact workspace.

Furthermore I don’t see in the project sent an error regarding CD20 and ran that as a covariate with no issues. Are you still having problems? Case 165538
