Add new column in simulation data for grouping

Hello everyone.

I conducted a PK simulation using developed PopPK model with covariates.

The simulation carried out with various dose and combination of coviarates.

However, the simulation output data has no additional data such as dose and covariates in each subject ID.

I want to conduct further analyze with the simulated data in XY plot by grouping with dose and covariates.

How can I add new columns in simulation output data from the data which are used for simulation.

I attached a figure of simulation output data and the raw data.
