Cannot find metadata version

Hi, i installed folder of meddra in P21,and then i call validation with CLI. but i got

" ERROR n.p.oce.events.CommandLineReporter - Exception: CLI.3.9::Control terminology does not exists::Cannot find metadata version=12.0 in folder=/MedDRA: Process error."

what kind of folder should i install to make it ok?or some kind of file? following is my choice of files.

Hi Mu,

Please confirm that you use a full path to your MedDRA files. Something like “C:\Users\Mu\Documents\Pinnacle 21 Community\configs\data\MedDRA\23.0” rather than “MedDRA”

Hi Mu,

Please note that CLI tries to access MedDRA version subfolder under the configs\data\MedDRA folder structure.

For example, you can place the Community CLI jar file in the recommended location that is also used by the Community app - C:\Users%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Pinnacle 21 Community

Then CLI during a validation that uses MedDRA 12.0 would search for the following directory:

C:\Users%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Pinnacle 21 Community\configs\data\MedDRA\12.0

That directory should contain all required dictionary .asc files described in MedDRA installation article.
