Cl and V parameters

Hi,

I am using the Phoenix Winnonlin for the first time with a simple PK data of two doses and three batches for a preclinical study. When I run the NCA I received the PK parameters calculated except for Clearance and Volume of distributions which are given as “0” for all doses, batches and timepoints. I was wondering if you can explain to me what I am doing wrong to do not get the CL and V.

That was the problem. Now I added the dosing information and I obtained the Cl and V results in the table.
