A “Missing Configuration” message is not necessary a problem and can actually mean several things. E.g.,
Some checks need a presence of particular datasets they applied to. For example, the SD0006 check works for EG, LB, QS and VS domains. If any of those datasets is not in your study data, then you will have a separate message.
Your input data include some structure which is not described in configuration specifications. For example, in v1.3 some ADaM checks use SDTM domains (DM, EX), but the ADaM validation specification file does not have description of SDTM domains. As a result you will receive messages about missing configuration for DM and EX domains, if you include them for SDTM-ADaM cross-reference validation.
Today ADaM validation is limited to ADSL and BDS datasets. The messages will be generated for all datasets wich are not BDS type.
Your SDTM custom domains are not SDTM general class types.
Thank you Sergiy..! Actually , i am uploading the samples and examples which is provided in Installation folder.Just i want to understand whether i am doing any wrong configuration settings in OpenCDISC Validator.
I used the sample file (SDTM Metadata 3.1.1.csv) provided with the openCIDISC Validate software. Now I’m able to run it. All I had to do is create Define.xml using the ‘SDTM Metadata 3.1.1.csv’ file and then I validated the sample data. I hope I did the right steps. Please confirm
I will now try to figure out how to validate real data or create define.xls files.
I have downloaded the OpenCDISC Validation Tool and uploaded the examples of SDTM 3.1.2 to Validation. The Result is generated in Excel Sheet . In Excel Sheet, Result says “Missing Configuration” .Can somebody help me to troubleshoot the problem or provide the steps to resolve this issue.
