*.cov and *.ext files

Hi,

How I can get the *.cov and *.ext files in NONMEM using Phoenix? I need this kind of data for BE calculations.

Are you talking about running NONMEM form within Phoenix and being able to see these as worksheets after the run?

I think you need to request them as tables in the NM control stream.

if that doen’t help perhaps you can post your code/project. Thanks, Simon

these are text files generated to disk whenever you run nonmem. you can always go to the folder where the model was run to get these files
