I want to extract and alpha and beta phase from plot using the regression tool in Phoenix. I see in the plotting options a regression section where you can specify the number of points used but you cannot control what section of the curve you want to focus on for the regression analysis.
Is this the best way for curve stripping in phoenix? I suppose I could filter the data repeatedly to do this but that seems rather cumbersome.
What’s your intended use for the alpha and beta, could you get them using the deconvolution tool?
You might actually be better off thinking about modelling the data and these are called macro parameters, available under Modelling>least-square-regression> PK models. But this is considered old nowadays and people generally recommend to use clearance or micro-parameters that are more physiologically attributable.

Sorry for the late reply, These would be initial parameter estimates for subsequent modeling, so the estimates do not need to be great. I just curious to if there was a quick and dirty way to subset a graph and get the slopes from sections.
