Hi I would like to know how cumulative input is calculated while doing Deconvolution.? I mean what is the formula (equation) to get the cumulative input?
Hi Thanks. I have gone thro’ this section but what exactly I want is what happens (how the data are calculated) when I have Cp concentrations (in vivo data) and performing Deconvolution. Can you explain the mathematical expression in detail giving example? Thanks and regards.
