Error in NCA

Dear All

I have been getting following error while executing NCA, could you please help me to resolve the issue.

*** ERROR 14062: Duplicate time values on data file. Please ensure you have defined a unique profile by one of the options below; - using more sort keys so you see only a single profile in ‘Slopes’ - select Sparse Sampling in NCA - using Descriptive Statistics to compute mean data and perform NCA on the mean concentrations

Dear Gopinath,

thanks for sending us the file through support as well. We have sent you a response via email.

It seems there are missing sort keys in your dataset.

Bernd

To be more specific to this case 166692, you have 32 subjects up until line 651 on your data file and then on line 652 you are back to volunteer number 1. It is therefore probably you have a crossover study and you need to add one extra column eg period or treatement to distinguish between the repeated sampling times.

Simon.

=============================

Gopinath - please keep the conversation within the forum or support, extra emails outside these channels make it hard for everyone to follow the conversation.

Regarding the question you emailed me, Bernd and in fact the error message already stated - you need extra sort keys to uniquely identify the profiles.

You have to actually tell the software how to use the extra Period column you added and then it will run fine;

It seems it may be useful for you to go thorugh one of our introductory courses e.g this online course if you can’t travel to a public course near you/soon.
