Dear Olesja, it sounds like you have insufficient sort variables set in your NCA object; I would imagine from your description that you need to set both Subject No. and Visit ID if you can post your project file then we can clarify that. If you have a problem with dta confidentiality then just post the first 2 subjects data with the compound name obliterated. Of you prefer send the whole file to our support group Simon.

OK Olesja I see your images via Dropbox now. First off I see you have a small, (somewhat unrelated) issue with units; please see the attached; PHX012 Product Notification 30April 2012.pdf – regarding a patch for users that do not use English Regional Options. Secondly, I can’t be sure but it may infact be this that gives you ‘duplicate’ times since 0 and 0.5 are not being read correctly (see the comma for 0,5) WinNonlin always expects decimal point so please try the above patch and then close and reopen Phoenix and look at your project again.
