I run Phoenix 7.0 and got following message while executing NCA. Descriptive statistics with geometric mean conc is linked to NCA. With the descriptive stats all is fine. NCA does not work and comes up with this messeage in the verification tab: “GetRows method cannot be called while view is inactive” I can not find any mistake in my workflow and do not understand the error message.

As I said I opened your project and ran it fine, I believe that this sometimes occurs when you have been changing a setting and some how that change is not submitted properly. I’ve worked around it before myself by ensuring I press return after entering a value in a cell. and if I get the message trying to tab to another screen/rebuild a worksheet seems to ‘reset’ whatever has got out of synch in Phoenix. We are continuing to look at this under QC 14728 &16334 where we also suggest saving the project. then closing and re-opening the project .
