Dear simon, I’ve running my data on a pre-configed project developed by Helmut Schütz. But it’s running very slow on my laptop (i7, 4G ram, Win7 64bit) when i execute the whole workflow. Strangely, When i run the workflow step by step, it see ok. I’ve attach the project here. Can you help me to figure out the problem? Thanks in advance. I regularly see similar things in PHX6.3 even with simple 2×2 cross-overs if the worklow contains a lot of additional stuff (residual plots, blahblah). Sometimes PHX freezes on my machine for some minutes… BTW, this is the worst drug/formulation I ever have seen: Multiple peaks ranging from 0.025 to 34, CVw >120%, PE 135%… is this a pilot study? If yes, even if you bring the T/R-ratio down it will be futile to try to show BE for EMA with a reasonable sample size. PowerTOST estimates n=390 for T/R 1.20…
Many thanks to you hulmut. Have you ever speak this problem to simon? Do they get some solution?
Hi Daniel, no, I didn’t. I’m used to wait for PopPK-models to complete… 1. I’m multitasking – work on something else in the meantime. 2. I never execute entire workflows. P.S.: “Helmut”, not “hulmut”
Thanks all the same! Sorry for the miss spelling. Regards! Daniel
