Does anyone know how to add error bars to a categorical XY plot? I would like to plot mean (+/- SD) PK parameter estimates vs. a categorical variable (e.g. disease stage A, B, C). I can’t figure out how to get the error bars on the categorical plot. I have converted my disease stage to numeric (e.g. 1, 2, 3) and plotted on an XY plot, but I prefer to have the disease stage labels on the X-axis rather than the arbitrary numbers. I would appreciate any suggestions … Thanks, Nathan
