Hello everybody. As the help I got here was very helpful and appreciated the last time, I did not hesitate to create a new post for a new problem. Naturally, I hope that the solution will again be already implemented and I just failed to notice. We would like to implement in our presentation of results a kind of comparative presentation of values of a parameter before/after treatment or test/reference etc. The natural choice seemed to be the XY plots (categorical) and we are very close to our intended result (please also see the image attached). However, we also would like to simply connect the data of a specific subject under the different conditions, i.e. create a simple line between the markers at the left and the markers (affiliated with the same subject) to the right. Is this feature implemented in Phoenix? And if so, where is the check box we miss ;-). Or could we expect to see such a kind of graph in a later version? We actually used a kind of work-around in earlier versions of WinNonlin using a supportive (numerical) column for standard XY-plots and replacing the axis title by means of a text box in Word. I think it is easy to see, why we would like to stop fiddling around in that way. Any recommendation will be greatly appreciated as is the time you were willing to spent by reading my post. Thnaks and best regards, Steven.
Hi Steven, this enhancement is logged as QC_PHX9850 so I don’t think there is an immediate way to do this in categorical plots. I would propose that your current work XYplot around would be more ‘trackable’ if you used a numeric column and then added to your Phoenix title a key e.g. “1= Test, 2 =Reference”, then the information is recorded within the graph from the beginning. Or you might prefer to use a Reporter object and set up this key in a footnote to the plot object in the Word Report, again this would be more 'templatable" and hopefully easier to review/track. Simon
Hello Simon. Thanks for the quick reply. Just 10 minutes prior to the end of the business day today. The enhancement log is great news. I think, we can do with some work-around (in line with the first part of your recommendation) until then, as this was actually not actively requested, but we would like to recommend such presentations in the future. I will communicate this to my colleagues. Thanks for your great support! Best regards, Steven.
