How to calculate IV and PO PK parameters

I am new to the software. I would like to use Winnonlin to calculate the PK parameters for IV and PO in the same file. How do I do that? Thank you

Hi Hyton07,

I have attached the project file and hope this could be of use to you.

Note you need to specify ROUTE;
PO = Extravascular, IV = IVBolus/IVInfusion.
