How to create Template 9 type tables in Phoenix

Several users have asked how to replicate the Template 9 from WinNonlin Classic in Phoenix.

In WinNonlin Classic two worksheets of concentration and final parameters are merged and tabulated in a single step.

Within Phoenix it is slightly different in that the user must first merge these data sheets and then set up the Table to display and summarise both elements.

Please find attached an example of Template 9 in Phoenix, the trick is that the Final parameters are mapped to Dependency. The definition of a dependency column is that it is dependent on Row Stratification and Row ID meaning that there is a single value for each table row. Those values are displayed separately from the Column Stratification since there is only a single value for each row.
