Hi All, When I read PHX user guide it gives separate details for tabulation function for Table 6 and 7 (page 986 in PHX 1.3 user guide version and below). However, on the winnonlin 6.3 Table/option/table type, these two tables" table 6-7" are combined into one. I have trouble in reordering the column within one set for each regular variable (variable first then column) which I believe it is defined as Table 7 in Winonlin 5.3, but I failed to generate such table in PHX. I could always get results from Table 6 (column first then variables). Is there anyway to perform tabulation for table 7? Many thanks! PKbeginner Table 6 This type adds computation of summary statistics to the listing of raw data as presented in Table 5. Statistics are computed separately for each unique combination of Row and Column Stratification variable values. Table 7 This type presents the same information as Table 6 with the columns re-ordered. In Table 6, the regular variable columns are grouped together within values of the Column Stratification variable. In Table 7, all Column Stratification variable values are grouped together, with one set for each regular variable.
Hi PKBeginner, I have to say I am struggling to remember using Template 7, I normally found Template 6 sufficed for my needs in the past e.g. or to tabulate raw concs.
Thank you, Simon. I was able to create the attached table using WNL 5.3 but couldnt successfully create this in PHX. It is sometimes useful to list Ae, cumulative Ae or fe with data from each collection interval within each of the above variable. This is also useful outside urine PK table. PKbeginner
Hi Zancong, Here’s an example I built from the Final Parameters sheet of a Urine NCA, (note NOT the pivotted values), with these mappings; Row ID : Subject Data : Estimate Row : Column : Parameter, Treatment Remember you can alter the order and sequence in the Table tab “Column/Sort Order” There is one data step required before hand, I used a Filter “Custom (Include)” to select only the parameters I wanted to present; e.g. Parameter in(‘Amount_Recovered’, ‘Percent_Recovered’) Simon. PS if you still have problems, please attach the project or PWO you used as the source for the table above I will try and create the same.
Simon, Thank you for the useful tip! zancong
