How to plot mean conc. vs time?

I have multiple subject PK profile in single excel file which I imported to WinNonlin for various types of analysis. How to map the data or use data wizard to plot only mean conc. vs time profile for different dose group?

The answer to your question might depend on how the data was imported. However, assuming that you have a column for dose group, a column for time and a column for concentration you can do summary statistics (using the Descriptive Statistics module) sorting by dose group and time. Note that is it best to have scheduled time for mean data. You can then take the results of the descriptive stats module and send it to an XY plot. Select group by dose group if you want all the mean profiles in one plot, or sort by dose group to get different plots per dose level. You can even overlay the individual data if you wish.
