Inserting page break in concentration tables

Hi, when we are producing concentration tables using table wizard, and then exporting to MSWord, the exported file squishes all content by column onto a single page. We would like to be able to insert a page break based on the column stratification as opposed to the row stratification without shrinking the font or having our column headers text in verticle orientation. I’m attaching the MSWord document which illustrates how the tables is squished onto one page and how the time point header (i.e. column header is vertically oriented). How can the page be broken so that say 50% of the timepoints are on page 1 and the remaining 50% on page 2. Thank you , Elliot [file name=Concentration_table_squished.docx size=24245]Certara | Drug Development Solutions (23.7 KB)

Hi Elliott, Auto-splitting of table to fit a page in a balanced way isn’t trivial but I can think of a few options. 1) If you have a Connect license, have you tried using the Reporter plug-in that was released for the 6.3 build in January? ftp://support_ftp:pt9JTmD9GdXQLtCgPkvL@ftp.certara.com/support/desktop/Phoenix/Reporter_Object_for_PHX_Connect_1.3.1.zip As you can see it has an option to split the tables for you automatically among many other nice features for 2) Alternatively you could use a Filter in Data Wizard to split the data at your desired time point and then make two identical tables with the Results and Filtered Sheets which is very quick and easy as a copy and paste in Phoenix. The resulting workflow could be quickly updated by users, or I think with a bit more work automated, to count columns and split. Simon.
