NCA: EXCHANGING AUDITED DATA for INTERIM DATA

Interim unaudited plasma concentrations are available farily soon so there is a great call for pK data analysis to be carried out on these plasma concentrations . (IMPORTED IN EXCEL). I have done a NCA data analysis with such data: it is rather elaborate with several data wizards, multiple tables e.t.c. It has gone well. The Excel data file with the audited finalized plasma concentratiosn is now available. I am thinking there is no need to recreate the data analysis from the beginning with the new Excel file. My plan is tO import the new data into Phoenix. Thern after breaking the link from NCA to the interim data I will reamake the link to the newly imported audited data. Then simply rerun the data analysi. The analysis will run and update very conveniently using the previously established objects and paramaters for the unaudiited data or will it? Is there something else I have to do. Angus

Hi Angus, that sounds fine. The only thing I would add is to use the function “connect to data links” before you break the connection to the exisiting data. I f you are not sure how to do this then this video “Phoenix WinNonlin: How to Create Workflow Templates”could be useful http://youtu.be/QOi8EUpHvtU Please feel free to share that link. It is a public video, so they will also be able to find it while browsing the CertaraLP YouTube channel. Simon. PS to be sure I would save a spare copy of my project before I ‘broke’ it

Simon: Thanks will do: I remember you introduced me to that function a few weeeks ago. Angus
