Hi all, Not sure if this is an IT issue but I am getting a strange error when I run NCA that I’ve never seen before: “Access to the path ‘data.pcn’ is denied.” The funny thing is that the analysis ran fine 30 minutes ago on the same dataset and settings. Can someone advise? Thanks, Mike
Hi Mike, I’m sorry that you’ve not had a response on the forum yet but I guess it is vacation time for a lot of users; and it sounds more like a technical issue that would be better dealt with by our support group; who also will work to prompter response times I had a quick search and it seems like a similar issue (SF 142054) was solved by the user cleaning out his temp folder. Please can you try this if it is still occurring and if you have no joy with that then please try support. Simon
