PCORRESU - UNIT or PKUNIT

Hi Manolya,

SDTM IG 3.1.2 was published in 2008, while (PKUNIT) codelist was added to CDISC SDTM Control Terminology in 2010.

OpenCDISC validator will update a current SDTM assignment of the CT (UNIT) codelist for PCORRESU/PCSTRESU and PPORRESU/PPSTRESU variables with a more fresh (PKUNIT) codelist.

Hi Sergiy,

thanks for the quick answer! SDTM IG 3.1.3 still has “UNIT” as CT in the PC section. But thanks for letting me know. I will leave it as it is for now then and won’t make a change to PKUNIT.

Hi!

Why does “PKUNIT” exist in the CT if the SDTMIG only lists “UNIT” as a CT for PCORRESU? Can I manually change it to PKUNIT for the codelist in the define.xml later?
