PK parameters in Steady state

Hi,

Can someone tell me how to calculate the PK parameters (e.g. Cmin, Cmax) of steady state for a repeated dose PK study?

Hi Renee, these are derived for you automatically when you run NCA as a steady state model. you do this by entering the dosing interval (in the same units as time) in the tau column. remember if you have several ‘pk days’ you will need to identify them as a sort.
