Is there a way to change Phx settings in order to have the plots (e.g. XY plot) in black & white instead of in colors? Alternatively, is there a way to change rapidly the colors in B&W rather than having to manually change all lines/marker.. one by one?
Absolutely Celine, normally when selecting the series and then Quick styles and unchecking ‘Group by color’ then you will instantly have you graphs in black and white. Note you can still go down one ‘level’ in the tree and pick out an individual profile if you want to format that in a special way.
If this is your preferences for future graphs you can either save the whole workflow as a template, or just use the plot to update your factory settings to your preferences using Edit>Preferences>Default templates.
I actually have another question related to plotting: is there an easy and quick way to apply the same formatting (e.g. same color) to several individuals instead of changing the formatting one by one?
That depends on how the source data was supplied to the plot, if there is a group of individuals in the ‘tree’ then they can be applied in ‘one click’, see the video below.
If that doesn’t help, if you want to post you example project then we can try and work with that.
