Hi
After the plots were created, I tried to set the symbols and lines to be consistent with subjects across different plots in different page sorted by cycles and days. Previously the symbols and lines are different for the same subjects in different page. However the new setup of symbols and lines won’t stay when I finished and rerun.
Any hint here?

Hi Lisa,
The best feature currently for standardizing plot palettes in Phoenix is the object template. I’d suggest making this template from a dataset that has the “largest” available combination of sort levels – subjects, analytes, days, dose levels, etc. The template should then work for datasets that have fewer levels of each sort variable.
