Dear All, I’ve installed the NONMEM V on a Win7 laptop. The compiler i used was IVF11. Also I’ve installed the Microsoft Visual studio 2008. The NONMEM runs correctly when i use WFN as the shell. But it always get a error message when i use Phoenix 1.3 as the shell. I’ve listed the settings of NONMEM and Phoenix below. Can anyone take a look and give me some suggestion. Thanks in advance. NONMEM setup dir: C:\NONMEM NONMEM.EXE dir: C:\NONMEM\run IVF11 dir: C:\Program Files\Intel\Compiler\11.0\061\fortran MS VS2008 dir: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0 Phoenix 1.3 dir: C:\Program Files\Pharsight\Phoenix Coco
Hi Coco - I assume you have gone to Edit> Preferences> NONMEM and told Phoenix the location of the batch file ? The screenshot above is from 6.3 which allows you to have installs of both NM5 & 7 set up and select the one you want to use at run time, the 6.2.1 and earlier option is for only one batch file to be referenced and you can’t set a development or default output location but otherwise it should look quite similar. If you have set this what happens when you click Test? is it successful if not I would suggest you contact support to see if they can help you with your installation and tell them the details of the error message as well as the info you stated above. Simon.
