Hi All, I have a licensed Nonmem and would like to run nonmem through phoenix because I want to use phoenix’s graphical feasture. I first activated nonmem on the --preference–Nonmem and tested the batch file and it ran successfully. However when I tried to run it with both dataset and control file available, a message popped up and said: There was an error while executing workflow.nonmem. An execuable in the workflow is not licensed to be run. Unlicensed exceuable: Nonmem Anyone knows what is going on? thanks PKbeginner
Hi there PKBeginner - to execute NONMEM, and other third-party tools like SAS, R etc. requires the Connect license (equivalent to the WNL Classic enterprise license). Sales@pharsight.com should be able to provide details of the extra charge for this (and perhaps a trial license for you to explore this function). Incidentally if you are also new to NONMEM, you may find the NLME engine of Phoenix more accessible. Simon. PS (any unlicensed modules in a workflow are normally shaded grey)
Dear Simon, thank you for the answer. I didn’t realize this. best regards PKbeginner
