Is it feasible to use the IVIVC module to predict in vivo exposure from a SC implant, when the in vivo PK is flat (non-standard)? The objective is to estimate in vivo exposure based on in vitro dissolution, but there is not a clear Cmax/Tmax/absorption phase, regardless of the implant formulation.
can you perhaps post some plots of your data, how long is absorption ‘flat’ for? DO you get to see clearance kick in at all in the in vivo data?
Happy to share a graph to demonstrate. The attachment shows a graph of in vivo exposures over 182 days, and in vitro dissolution over 150 days.
Hi Susan,
If you cant share details in the forum you could send the information to - support@certara.com
