Hello, I have fitted Day-1 human PK data using Phoenix model, and I would like to use this model simulation multiple dose exposure to guide the study design. The only way I could find using a PK model (rather than nonparametric superposition) for simulation is under WNL5 classic models, which doesn’t fit the data very well at all. Is there any way to do the simulation under Pheonix model? Thanks! Best, Rosa
Dear Rosa, please have a look at the Run Options tab of the Phoenix Model object where you have given the choices for the different Run Modes, Simulation is one option. Best, Bernd
