I noticed in the manual the simulation option is only available for non-poppk models. I’m pretty sure you guys have figured out a way to do this which is why I’m writing. Attached is a sample file. I have come up with a final poppk model with body weight and CRCL as covariate effects. Now I’d like to perform VPC on the population but sorted by normal WT vs obese. Secondly, would like to do same thing but sorted by mild, moderate, and severe renal impairment. The objective is to obtain % change for AUC relative to normal weight or normal renal function. I understand we can do NCA to figure out AUC for simulated data, however did not see a table option to add WT or CRCL so we can sort simulated output.
