A Phoenix model generates textual output, and I assume Phoenix internals use this textual output to generate all the tables in the Results tab. In the Core Output where the residuals table starts, the first 4 column variables are “ID1-ID4” and then “ID5” maps the actual ID’s from the dataset. What is Phoenix generating/not generating in these columns? Are they just placeholders for higher/lower level random effects such as inter-subject variability/L2 items that are still not available in NLME? I could not find information regarding this in the user guide, so I was curious. Thanks, Vijay
Dear Vijay, These ID’s are especially used when you have sorting levels. in Phoenix you can sort your POP PK fit by a study or other. Currently Phoenix does not support something equivalent to the L2 item but you can model IOV or Inter-trial variability using code but this is unrealted to the ID columns you see. Try to test a model that has a sorting variable. Regards, Samer
Dear Samer, Thanks for the response! I just tried the sorting and it worked as you suggested. Also, I found the details in the User Guide. Best Regards, Vijay
