When creating a box plot, the default setting is to display the name of the X-variable = the value on the X axis. This can be changed but the location might not be intuitive. To change it, go to Options>Graphs>Variable being plotted. Under the Content tab there is the option to ‘Include Column Names in Axis Labels when Grouping’, this option is checked by default but can be unchecked.
