In WinNonlin 5.x setting the precision on tables was cumbersome as it had to be done for each variable being displayed. In Phoenix, one can set up the precision to be displayed for all the variables and then if necessary they can be changed individually . To accomplish this, select Options>Precision/Alignment (at the highest level), set the precision there and this precision will be applied to the whole table. To modify some precisions, expand the Precision/Alignment option (click the + sign) and do the pertaining individual modifications.
Hi Ana, THX for the tip for novices. One request for the next release (I know it’s not the right board), but it may fit here also for people interested in a workaround. If you have formatted your output as ‘significant digits’ the respective columns in HTML-table is coded as
foo
This leads to ugly output (in typography called ‘saw teeth’). If you want to have the numbers nicely stacked, replace the respective HTML-code withfoo
Hi Helmut, Thank you for your good suggestion. An enhancement to provide a new “Decimal” alignment option has been recorded with tracking ID 10537. We are already in the testing phase for the next release of Phoenix so this will be considered the next time around. WE appreciate your feedback. Ana
