Hello All,

Iam trying to fit the data of test formulation applied by topical route and plasma PK profile was measured.

I could successfully fit the reference formulation profile using Transit compartment model, but unfortunately couldn’t fit test formulation

I need help in fitting the PK data to transit compartment model as there has been an lag observed before systemic concentrations were observed

Iam attaching the excel sheet if data and profile

Any help you would provide be of great help

Harish, please attach the project with your existing model if you want people ot help in their own time then you shouldn’t expect them to recreate your existing work first.

Especially when your data file has only one profile so they can’t see what your ref form looked like.
