hi can anybody point me in the right direction for the users guides and getting started files for PKS Reporter 1.3 and winnonlin 5.2. hi i have managed to obtian my login details for the support section on the pharsight web, however there are no user guide, release notes, or getting started files for the PKS Reporter 1.3 there. can any one help me in this search cheers barry.
Hi Barry - sorry I only just saw your request here on the PHX extranet. I’ve now sent you a file and checked and it seems your support account is now enabled. If anyone else has a problem with accessing this please email support@pharsight.com. I should also make you aware that due to finding a bug regarding multiple image tags in PKS Reporter recently there is probably going to be a patch release of 1.3.1 that you should contact your Account Manager to discuss.
