Variables of config.xml does not exchange the system value.

Hi Keisuke,

"SKIP_SD0008: Message is “c:\opencdisc-community\components\config/data/MedDRA/%Variable.CodeList.Version|System.MedDRA.Version%/pt.asc is missing or lacks necessary variables and cannot be used for this cross-dataset validation”. message means that the Validator cannot find MedDRA ACSII files you need configure by yourself due to MedDRA license requirements. See documentation http://www.opencdisc.org/projects/validator/configuring-opencdisc-validator-external-dictionaries

Please let us know if you have other problems with any particular checks.

Kind Regards,

Sergiy

Hi Sergiy, Thanks for responce. I probably found “%System.MedDRA.Version%” is an installation problem(I don’t confirm it for environmental problems.). I had another problem, but it resolved. I wanted to run OCC v2.0 validator, using OCC v1.5 rule(e.g. CT0001). Does “%System.CDISC.Version%”(OCC v1.5 variable of CT version) replaced %System.CDISC CT.Version%(OCC v2)? I want you to announce variable list, it is harder to customize config.xml. Best Regards. Kei

Hi, Variables of config.xml does not work? Variabls means parameter between “%”(e.g. %Domain%). I found the problem, when I faced SKIP_SD0008: Message is “c:\opencdisc-community\components\config/data/MedDRA/%Variable.CodeList.Version|System.MedDRA.Version%/pt.asc is missing or lacks necessary variables and cannot be used for this cross-dataset validation”. (Making unnecessary addition, path delimiters are "" and “/”.) Using OCC v2.0, I confirm wheather Variables work or not. Following is process of repeating problem. 1. Search a rule which occurs validation error(e.g. SD1115), with one source data(e.g. ae.csv). 2. Make Message of the rule of config.xml changed (e.g.
