​Can some one let me know how I can resolve this. When trying to open
​Watson > Create Study Workbook, ​I am getting an error (attachment). All the files have read and write permission (DB files).

Chandra, there is no attachment to your post but probably the problem you are descrbing might be better solved with Support anyway. Simon.
Simon, thanks for your reply. The issue has been escalated to L3 support.
One quick question do you know what “instance” should run on the oracle server that will enable the connectivity between Phoenix and Watson DB.
