Hi,
Kindly let me know Whether - WNL 5 Classic Modeling package is part of Phoenix NLME?
If not, how to do develop Michaelis Menten model using Phoenix NLME?
PS:
I know in NLME - saturating option follows Michaelis Menten kinetics.
Thanks
Sundar. M
I don’t really understand your question. All the library models that WNL classic had, you can create in the Phoenix model, often by simply using the set WNL model button. Once created as a Phoenix (PML) model then you can run as individual or populaton as desired.
Is there a specific model you’re struggling with; if so please post your project and we’ll try to help.
Simon.
Hi Simon,
Thank you for the clarification and sorry for the confusion in question.
When I try to use MM model from WNL 5 Classic Modeling option, the following message appeared on the window. I thought WNL 5 Classic Modeling option is not licensed within Phoenix NLME.
Do you only have an NLME license? in which case that is to be expected, just build the model in Phoenix model.
WNL classic models is licensed as part of WNL license so if you are getting that mesage and have a valid WNL license file please contact support.
Agree, I have only NLME license.
