How does one calculate within NCA the PK parameter AUCt-INF (AUC from time last extrapolated to infinity)?

I would use the simple calculation of AUCinf-AUCtz

You can do this in a data wizard or in Phoenix 8.1 onwards using the the “user defined parameters” in the NCA object itself, see below;
