Is there special requirement for workbook to use drug effect (NCA) in Phoenix? I was able to use this in 5.2 with simple Time (i.e. 0, 1, 3, 8, 24 h) column and biomarker concentrations column at each timepoints, dose of drug is given at 0 hr, and calculate Tmin, Rmin, Tmax, Rmax, AUC_Above_B, etc. But I’m not able to use the same workbook in Phoenix, it says “ERROR 14999: Baseline not given. Must be specified for PD model 220”. I don’t see anywhere during setup to specify/map baseline. Or do I need to add a column/worksheet for baseline? I’m using version 6.2.1, thanks!
Hi, you need to tell the 220 NCA model about your threshold and baseline values. This is done in the therapeutic response setup item. ( you can use external sheet but it is optional) Samer
Thank you! Is there anyway to specify using value at 0 hr as baseline?
Hi Rosa, initially you asked how to specify “value at 0 hr as baseline?”, so if you want to identify that automatically simply use a “data filter” to create a worksheet which is just time zero values; e.g. then use that worksheet as the ‘Therapeutic response’ input worksheet in your NCA object. Simon.
Hi Rosa, did that work for you? Also, I should have mentioned that threshold can be left empty in the NCA220 MODEL. Simon.
