error message

Hi! I had something weird happening to me today: I had to work today on a computer different from the on I am usually working on, with a freshly installed Phoenix 1.2. The project file opens, but when I try to execute a phoenix NLME model, I get an error message “there was an error while executing Workflow.name. Model execution failed or cancelle”; when check under “results” in the warnings and errors" tab, I have the following message: ’ “.nlme7.exe” ’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Whats’ wrong? Thanks! Dora

Dora - you say it is a different machine so this confirms my suspicion this is an installation error/issue. NLME7.exe is used whenever a Phoenix model object is executed, (regardless of whether or not the model is run as a Population model.) If you or your IT admin can ensure the software is re-installed correctly then the problem should go away; if they believe that it already was then in order to help troubleshoot further, can you please send support@pharsight.com the Phoenix logfiles from that machine: 1. Open the project in Phoenix, and try to execute the model again 2. Select Help | View logs 3. Zip up and send us all of the text files that result from step 2. They will then review the logfiles, and reply back with our findings as soon as possible. Simon. Just following up on this topic: it appears that there was something wrong with the registries on that computer. Reinstalling windows fixed the problem. Thanks! Dora
