Dear All I just recently run NLME in Phoenix (both activated) and found no successful runs for any dataset using phx modeling. It gave out a message below (all messages from runs are similar like this): *********** ‘“C:\Documents and Settings\XXX\Local Settings\Temp\Phoenix\DME_ec485238-5caa-4098-8d42-485818387462\NLME7.exe”’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. *********** What does this mean? Both PHX WNL and NLME licenses are acquired. Was this caused by installation of Nonmem? I recently installed Nonmem and g95 compiler. Will reinstallation of phoenix help? The classic WNL models seem running OK. Thank you for the response PK beginner
Dear PK Beginner, If this is happening with all models, including models that ran before, and you’re certain that your NLME license is active/installed/acquired, then it may be a compiler issue and uninstalling Phoenix and re-installing it should resolve the problem. Emily
Thank you, Emily for the prompt reply. I will have our IT reinstall the software and see if that solves the issue. Kind Regards PKbeginner
The reinstallation solves the issue. NLME works very well. Thanks again, Emily. PKbeginner
