File does not exist "NLME7.exe"

Hi all,

I tried to execute NLME examples but it pops out error messages as below:

Execution Error

There was an error while executing Workflow.Diagonal Model

Model execution failed.
Error in Population:
Error reading file C:\Users\Aaron\AppData\Local\Temp\Phoenix\DME_SI~1.142\out000001.txt: File does not exist

OK

I’ve tried several other examples, the problem is the same. Could anyone help me?

Aaron, this can be an installation or configuration issue and I would suggest to contact Support to help you through a full uninstallation and clear installation of Phoenix.

Sometimes there is a conflict with the virus scanner holding onto a file whilst Phoenix tries to write to it.

However it would be useful to first check if any of your NLME projects have run OK? an example project of yours, can you post it either here or to SUpport?

SImon

PS if you can zip up the contents of the most recent DME folder in %temp%/phoenix after receiving this error.
it will look something like; C:\Users\sdavis\AppData\Local\Temp\Phoenix\DME_d908cc47-8b3b-498d-b08a-39f5488c7b8e

Thanks, Simon. I just use the project in the default folder “Certara\Phoenix\application\Examples\NLME” to practice. I’ve tried some other examples, it shows either the same error messages or the error messages below

OK

I checked the detail description in the log. It seems the error happened in the gcc process as below:

C:\Users\Aaron\AppData\Local\Temp\Phoenix\DME_SI~1.046>“C:\PHSTMinGW64\bin\gcc” -O3 -g -UWIN32 -fverbose-asm -I.\Work -c .\Work\Model.c
ERROR in compiling Model.c
--------------- Model build failed ----------------

log4.txt:
gcc: error: CreateProcess: No such file or directory

Please include all this information when you email support@certara.com

they may also need to look at your environment variables.
