I have a PK model for a drug that is dosed once a day for three days. I have modeled the first dose well with an enterohepatic recirculation model. I want to try adding the other two doses now. I have in my original dataset a column of all the dosing times (0, 24, 48) for each participant. Can I just use that as dosing time? Or do I need to use the ADDL? I would appreciate some guidance. Thanks!

Hi Sandra, either is acceptable. with just an extra couple of doses I would do it as you have said, with the events specified explicitly inthe data file. ADDL is really meant as a time saver since you can set up a whose series of doses with a single line .
a good tip is to either check the initial estimates tab to see that you doses appear as you are expecting, and/or to reviews the worksheet Doses in Results after execution to check you got what you expected. Simon.
