NCA problem to analyze more than 1 subject

Hello,

I am a very new user of Phoenix Winnonlin. I am trying to learn how to use it by myself and with the guidelines provided. My doubt is:

When performing the NCA analysis, after filling all the boxes, I am not able to analyze the pharmacokinetic parameters when using more than 1 subject.

The following message appear: “1 or more columns required for subject in main”;

Could you please help me to find a solution for that?

Hi Raquel, I’m a little confused by where you are seeing the message you’re describing (is it perhaps in the BE Wizard?) so it would be helpful to attach the project if you can (you may need to use the button ‘More Reply Options’ here on the forum.

That said most likely the solution would be to check that any ‘orange’ columns have something suitable mapped, alternatively it may be that Subject needs mapping to a Sort column.
