Hello, I am new to Phoenix though I have used Winnonlin in the past. I am attempting to figure out how to model PK/PD with a term in the indirect response model (Kin) being modeled as a function of time (circadian). I have gotten to the point of setting up the Pk/PD linked model but need to make Kin a function of the individual (placebo will give baseline measures of E0, Kin and Kout). I am assuming there is a way of importing these baseline values into the treatment model for estimation of IC50…etc? Any suggestions? Thanks, Andrea
