Q: In order to run NONMEM code through Phoenix do we need to install NONMEM too?
A: Yes, you would need a standard NONMEM installation on your local computer. Then you need to tell Phoenix where the nonmem.bat file resides. This can be configured in Phoenix under Edit>>Preferences>>NONMEM:
Q: If assumed shape factor is not ideal, what can be done?
A: For this specific example there are several options available:
- Inserting a time-lag
- Use of a precursor pool
