Dear all,
We are currently implementing all the output from phoenix (tables and graphs) to our reports. We have generated successfully all concentration tables and pk parameter tables. However, we would like to have the default template font in Times New Roman and not Tahoma. The only way we have seen is changing for each table, every section, the font on the style tab with a high time consuming.
Is there any option or way to set the default font to for example “Times New Roman”?
We usually generate a sensible amount of tables and this would help us to reduce time.
Thanks in advance!

Dear Franc, There are a couple of ways to achieve this. Either you have created a workflow template of your analysis and include your desired tables and graphs set up as you would like.
And/or you can use a nice feature that was added in 6.3, briefly you can;
- create a representative table with the formatting as you like.
- Then create a template (right-click save as *.WNLT).
- Apply that template under edit preferences>default templates
Then new tables you create will default to that style when you use, right-click “send to”, the Insert menu, etc. the only exception being right-click “new” on the workflow within the left hand Object browser - this will insert a ‘factory settings’ object and is by design so you don’t need to unmap your own preference on the occasions you need this.
Remember it will only change NEW tables you create after setting this – existing tables will not be retrospectively formatted.
. Please see attached v6.3 template which should also work OK in v6.4, (sorry technical problem - will email it you while I sort if out)

Thank you Simon!
We have already created a template it really helped a lot.
Another question: we would like to set the PK parameters names ready to be used on the tables. Changing them in the end, in the option tab>column titles results us really long specially having many tables.
Using the “Parameter names” section in the NCA setup tool could be the solution, however we are unable to rename them properly with symbols and/or subscripts (i.e: λz app)
May be you can help us with that or is there another option?
Many many thanks.
Franc.
Hi Franc, again I would be setting my preferred names for most of these in a workflow template i.e. next time you analyse a study of a certain type e.g. 2 way crossover BE then save the WNLT for the whole workflow (with datalinks!) and then you can use that as the basis of your next analyses.
And yes you can use “Parameter names” section in the NCA setup tool only with standard letters and numbers, so symbols and/or subscripts have to be added in the table tool but using partial this is quite quick up once and then of course you can re-use it in a workflow template.
Simon.
PS you know there is a 2.5 day Introduction to Phoenix WinNonlin training course 1-3 Dec in Barcelona?
