Phoenix 8.3.4 installation problem

Hi,

I recently purchased a new license for Phoenix 8.3.4 and IVIVC toolkit, but I had problem of installation in Windows. During installation, there’s error message indicating that Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime 14.0 could not be installed (error code 5641186), and suggest manual installation of C++ runtime. See attachment.

During the process, sometimes it requires C++ runtime version 12.0 as well.

However, we manually installed all required versions (12 and 14, both 64 bit and 32 bit), but the installation still fails.

Is there any solution for this error? Thanks.
